Painter's Log collects account details, billing/contact details, and product usage data needed to provide job tracking, reporting, and customer support. We use this information to operate and improve the service, secure accounts, and communicate service-related updates.
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data only with service providers needed to run Painter's Log (for example hosting, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where supported by infrastructure providers. Access to tenant data is restricted by role-based controls. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for managing user access in your workspace.

By accessing or using Painter's Log, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for data you submit, including job, customer, and financial records.
Your account is licensed, not sold. You may not reverse engineer, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with service security or availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or material violations of these terms.
Painter's Log is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
We may update these terms and privacy disclosures periodically. Material changes are posted on this page with a new version/effective date.
