Free includes 2 users (the owner plus one team member). Pro is $179/month and includes 4 users (the owner plus three employees); each additional active worker is $29/month. Choose monthly or annual billing — annual works out to about two months free ($149/mo billed annually, with workers at $24/mo).
Two separate things. (1) Painter's Log's fee: while you're on the free plan we charge 1% on payments you collect through the app; on Pro that drops to 0%. (2) Stripe's processing fee: Painter's Log uses Stripe to move the money, so Stripe's standard processing rates always apply and are paid directly to Stripe — the same rates you'd pay using Stripe anywhere. We never mark them up. On Pro, the only cost to collect online is Stripe's standard processing rate.
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your data is preserved if you decide to come back.
